Vancouver is lucky to have over 6 local fashion design programs producing exceptional talent. One outcome of this is there are many opportunities to attend fashion events like TASS - Teacher and Student Show.
Conceived and backed by VCAD teacher and designer Frederik Fung, this event gives local students and teachers a chance to showcase small collections - sometimes just 3 looks - to a large and appreciative audience. The show is produced and staffed by volunteers (mainly students) and the runway featured volunteer models. With entry by donation only - it's the best deal in town and open to all comers.
