I am here now
In this universe
In this galaxy
In this solar system
On this planet
In this country
In this province
In this city
In this home
In this room
Sitting on this chair
Simply breathing.
I am here now
Existing in each layer
Vast beyond measure yet
Tiny as a single atom
My body controls
All physical reach
But my senses expand
Beyond my frame
My winged spirit soars
Joyfully
Existing in each space
Existing in every time.
I am here now
Grounded, human
Unfettered, spiritual
A foot on Gaia
A foot in the heavens
Living an existence
That brings joy and
A promise that when
My human body fails
My soul's journey
Will still continue
Unfettered and free.
