By sharing revelatory personal anecdotes and reflection prompts, Kristina Mand-Lakhiani, co-founder of Mind Valley, helps to guide you toward:

Finding your own truth despite the external and internal critics
Transforming from the Perfect You into the Real You
Embodying a life where no one needs fixing

Reclaim your happiness as your gift to the world and take the first steps to living truthfully within your flawesomely beautiful reflection.

Review -

When I read the title - Becoming Flawesome - I assumed the book would be light read offering support for anyone dealing with self doubt. After a few chapters my view shifted. Yes, the author kept a sense of humor throughout. Yes, she wrote in a friendly, easy to read style. And yes, each chapter is kept short for those of us tucking our reading into the few quiet moments of our life. As I read, however, I found what she shared was anything but light. The book is filled with information, thought- provoking ideas and guidance.

Mand-Lakhiani takes us on a deep dive inward, helping us to view our thoughts, our actions, and how we walk through our days with a clearer lens. The goal? To discover our authentic selves, to understand what drives our actions, and to encourage us to let go of external (and internal) expectations so we can live each day authentically.  While the world around us can push us to change or conform, it's often our internal critic that does the most damage.

I have become enamored of the phrase "... live without apology,” and I find that sentiment echoed in this book. Becoming Flawesome is all about embracing yourself exactly as you are - perfectly imperfect. I suggest readers take it slow. Read a single chapter from start to finish, do the guided exercises at the end of each, then pause to allow time to fully integrate what was learned before moving to the next chapter.
